Nurture Me for Therapists Supervision Program Terms and Conditions

1. Overview of Nurture Me Resources/Program

1.1. Nurture Me Resources/Program is aimed at helping health professionals nurture their own wellbeing to prevent burnout. It is not suitable as a replacement for personal mental health support. If you are unsure if these products or services will meet your needs please discuss with Dr Monique Nesa and your current health provider prior to starting.

1.2. The products and supervision services aim to support you to nurture yourself in the work, strengthen reflective practice, and practice sustainably Progress and outcomes will depend on your personal circumstances, motivation for change, implementation of strategies and personal circumstances. There is no guarantee in your outcome.

2. Structure of Nurture Me Resources/Program

2.1. The Nurture Me for Therapists Supervision program consists of:

- 6 live monthly group zoom sessions (12.30-1.30pm WA time, first Friday of month)

-6 sets of pre-recorded lesson based on monthly theme available mid-month (1st one available 16th June 2026)

- A range of resources to support your self-nurturing journey

3. Fees

3.1. The Early Bird price is $597 and full price is $697 (claimable as tax deduction/CPD) supervision program and all inclusions.

3.2. Payment is required to secure your spot in the program. Payment can be made via Stripe using the checkout on our website.

3.3. Cancellation & Refund Policy, Your participant in the Nurture Me for Therapists supervision program may be cancelled up to 7 days notice prior to the program start date without penalty. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% fee and cancellations with less than 5 days notice or non attendance will incur the full (100%) fee.

4.Relationship with Dr Monique Nesa (Clinical Psychologist) services

4.1. All Nurture Me Resources/Programs are operated by Dr Monique Nesa a registered Clinical Psychologist.

4.2. While Dr Monique Nesa is a registered clinical psychologist, the program and supervision you are accessing via Dr Monique Nesa Coaching is not a mental health service.

4.3. By consenting to participate in supervision/coaching with Nurture Me Resources/ Programs, participants acknowledge that they are participating in a supervision/coaching service and are not receiving mental health services from Dr Monique Nesa.

4.4. To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, therapy clients of Dr Monique Nesa cannot be accepted as participants for Nurture Me Resources/ Programs/associated programs within at least 2 years of cessation of psychological services provided by Dr Monique Nesa.

4.5. Similarly, clients receiving Nurture Me Resources/Programs services cannot be accepted as clients of Dr Monique Nesa's Clinical Psychology services within a minimum of 12 months of completion of supervicoaching services provided by Dr Monique Nesa.

4.6. Any requests for cross-referral or registration between former clients of Dr Monique Nesa and Nuture Me/Dr Monique Nesa Supervision/Coaching will be assessed on a case by case basis, and will only be accepted at Dr Monique Nesa’s discretion, depending on the individual circumstances.

4.7. If in the course of participating in the Nurture Me Resources/Programs service, issues arise which in Dr Monique Nesa’s professional opinion are beyond the scope of the supervision/coaching relationship, a participant may be advised to see their GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician.

4.8. Dr Monique Nesa may at any time and in their sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in the Nurture Me Resources/Programs service if Dr Monique Nesa considers it appropriate to do so.

5. Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

5.1. As part of receiving Nurture Me Resources/Program services, Nurture Me Resources/Programs needs to collect and record information from you.

5.2. The service provided is bound by the legal requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

5.3. Client information. Client files are held in Innovarise/Halaxy software which is accessible only to authorised employees. The information on each file includes personal information such as name, address, contact phone numbers, and other personal information you provide upon registration and/or as part of providing the coaching service provided. As this program includes online zoom calls with other participants, your Zoom username will be viewed by other participants along with your image. We ask that all participants keep the details of the other participants confidential and not share them with anyone else.

5.3.1. How clients' personal information is collected. A client's personal information is collected in a number of ways including when you provides information directly to Dr Monique Nesa using online forms, correspondence via email, or when you interact directly with Dr Monique Nesa.

5.3.2. Consequence of not providing personal information. If the client does not wish for their personal information to be collected in a way anticipated by this Privacy Policy, Dr Monique Nesa may not be in a position to provide the coaching service to the client. In some circumstances, coaching clients may request to be anonymous or to use a pseudonym, unless it is impracticable for Dr Monique Nesa to deal with the client or if Dr Monique Nesa is required or authorised by law to deal with identified individuals.

5.3.3. Purpose of holding personal information. A client’s personal information is gathered and used for the purpose of providing coaching services. The personal information is retained in order to document what happens during sessions, and enables the Dr Monique Nesa to provide a relevant and informed coaching service.

5.4. Disclosure of personal information- Clients’ personal information will remain confidential except when:

5.4.1. it is subpoenaed by a court, or disclosure is otherwise required or authorised by law; or

5.4.2. the client’s prior approval has been obtained to:

1. provide a written report to another agency or professional, e.g., a lawyer; or

2. discuss the material with another person, e.g. employer, health provider, or third party funder; or

3. disclose the information in another way.

5.4.3. A client's personal information is not disclosed to overseas recipients, unless the client consents or such disclosure is otherwise required by law. Clients' personal information will not be used, sold, rented or disclosed for any other purpose.

5.4.4. In the event that unauthorised access, disclosure or loss of a client’s personal information occurs Dr Monique Nesa will activate its data breach plan and use all reasonable endeavours to minimise any risk of consequential serious harm.

5.5. Requests for access and correction to client information: At any stage clients may request to see and correct the personal information about them kept on file. Dr Monique Nesa may discuss the contents with them and/or give them a copy, subject to the exceptions in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If satisfied that personal information is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, reasonable steps will be taken in the circumstances to ensure that this information is corrected. All requests by clients for access to or correction of personal information held about them should be lodged with Nurture Me Resources/Program. These requests will be responded to in writing within 30 days, and an appointment will be made if necessary for clarification purposes.

5.6. Concerns If clients have a concern about the management of their personal information, they may inform Dr Monique Nesa. Upon request they can obtain a copy of the Australian Privacy Principles, which describe their rights and how their personal information should be handled. Ultimately, if clients wish to lodge a formal complaint about the use of, disclosure of, or access to, their personal information, they may do so with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner by phone on 1300 363 992, online at

6. Technology Requirements

6.1. Nurture Me Resources/Program is provided online through website and videoconferencing via Zoom. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access online content and participate in video conferencing.

6.2. The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nurture Me for Therapists website and associated online programs contain material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the content, design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, audio and video, and online courses and programs, and no permission is given in respect of their use. This website, its contents and programs are protected by copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise indicated, Dr Monique Nesa is the owner of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the website, its contents and programs. No part of the website or online programs purchased through this website may be reproduced, modified, copied or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission from the website owner. Reproduction of any part of this website, its contents, and programs purchased via this website is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Consent to participation in the Nurture Me Resources/Programs and services

8.1.I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about Nurture Me Resources/Programs and I acknowledge the following:

8.1.1.Nurture Me Resources/Programs is a supervision and coaching service. Although the Dr Monique Nesa is a registered clinical psychologist, this is not a mental health service and I will not be receiving mental health services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in supervision;

8.1.2.I am not an existing client of Dr Monique Nesa and I have not previously accessed psychological services provided by Dr Monique Nesa;

8.1.3.As a result of my participation, I am precluded from accessing psychological services provided by Dr Monique Nesa for a minimum period of 24 months from the completion coaching;

8.1.4.I have read and understood the Nurture Me Resources/Programs Privacy Policy.

I have read and understood the information, terms and conditions contained in this Consent Form and have discussed any outstanding questions with Nurture Me Resources/Programs.

I agree to the above conditions for coaching services to be provided to me by Nurture Me Resources/Programs.
